Q: Where were you born/currently live?

A: I was born in Vancouver, B.C. but I’m currently living in Manchester, U.K.

Q: How old are you?

A: I’m 24 years old.

Q: How did you get involved in fashion?

A: I’ve always had a passion for it, even at a young age. When I was 3 I was having a say in my outfits and what I would wear! I started working at American Apparel at 15 though so I would say that that job was my first real experience in fashion.

Q: Do you have an educational background in fashion?

A: Yes I do. I’ve taken some courses on it but I would say most of my education has come from my previous jobs and internships. I would say the best education in fashion comes from hands on experience.

Q: Who are some of your fashion inspirations?

A: I love Alexa Chung and her style! She’s able to carry edgy and classy off at the same time and make it look so good. I also get my inspiration from a lot of other bloggers on Instagram.

Q: What are your top 5 statement pieces you couldn’t live without?

A: I would have to say a leather biker jacket (I can’t live without my Mackage Rumor), a black blazer, a go to band tee, a good pair of ripped jeans, and a pair of white sneakers. They’re all super casual but can be worn so many ways.

Q: How would you describe your style in 3 words?

A: Comfy, Edgy and Girly.

Q: Where are some of your favourite places to shop?

A: I love mixing old with new and luxury with high street. I would have to say Zara because you can find a range of styles but still find on trend pieces for a reasonable price, Primark because I’m always finding good essentials for bargain prices, and ASOS because they literally have everything and anything you can dream of!

Q: How do you stand out from other fashion bloggers?

A: I think my style and attitude sets me apart from the rest. For me, I wear what I want and I don’t really care if it’s on trend or not. If I’m comfortable in it and I like the way it looks, I’ll wear it. Sometimes I know some of my outfits are questionable to others but I love it!

Q: What trends do you see popular right now for the summer?

A: Ruffled sleeves are a must! They’re super girly but can be dressed up and down which is great. Floral embroidery is super in at the moment as well thanks to Gucci. I think it looks great on denim and tees.

Q: Is this your side hustle or your full time job?

A: Blogging is currently a side hustle but I hope that one day it can be more than that. If not, I’ll always continue doing it because it’s something that I’ve grown to love.

Q: Who are some companies you have teamed up with?

I’ve been lucky enough to work with a few companies so far. Some have been Daniel Wellington Watches, Wow Juices and Sainsbury’s, and Shopical UK. I have a couple more coming up which I’m very excited about as well!

Q: Do you have anything else you want your viewers to know about you?

A: I would want them to know that I’ll always be honest. That’s one thing that’s starting to lack in the blogger world. People are losing their integrity for money and that’s something that I’ll never give up. I’d rather be honest to my viewers with my content instead of lying and endorsing a product that won’t have any value for them. Honesty is the best policy!
